A. Incorporation of Performance Standards as Tasks
The student will use specific skills required in the arts and humanities
by:
1. Observing relationships from an aesthetic viewpoint.
2. Interpreting perceptions.
3. Communicating perceptions through a medium such as art,
music, or language.
B. Incorporation of Knowledge Standards
The student will understand that certain fundamental concepts,
or themes cut across the arts and humanities as a subject area:
1. Organization: Human expression can take regular forms
that can be analyzed.
2. Limitations: Every medium has characteristics that
constrain its expressive qualities.
3. Systems and Interactions: Modes of expression interact
with social factors, time and space.
