Andrea Grottoli-Everett
Graduate Student: Biologist
Andrea Grottoli-Everett knows what it's like to be a student on a research
exhibition. Grottoli-Everett, a graduate student in biology at the
University in Houston, not only spends her time doing field work and data
analysis, but she's also a student who has to attend classes and study. Her
love for marine biology began in the eighth grade when her science class
spent a week at a field camp and studied adaptations of organisms along the
seashore. Grottoli-Everett believes the best things about being a scientist
is that she gets to tackle questions where nobody really knows the answer.
She is Canadian and grew up in Sudbury, Ontario and attended
McGill University in Montreal for her Bachelor's degree..
