Heading into the Field

Today is the first day of field work. The Florida Bay team rose and shined at about 5:30 this morning! Jim and Safia (Bay people) are preparing to take part in aerial surveys from an airplane. Kristy and Mrs.Botts went out on a speed boat to the western Bay. Brysen and Amanda (us) went on another boat too. We just got back. We sampled the water and will study the sample in the lab in Marathon, a town about 15 miles away.

Time to go!
